Delete your account

You can delete your Emergency account and its data at any time.

From the app

1. Open the app and go to Account.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account permanently.
3. Confirm with Delete forever.

Deletion is immediate. Your QR bracelet stops working at once.

Without the app

Send a request from the phone number on the account to —, with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, identity details and verification photos.
• Your medical record and the files you uploaded.
• Your emergency contacts, groups, and family links.
• Your location history and last known position.
• Your devices and sign-in sessions.

What may be kept

• Records of payments for business plans, which the law requires us to keep, without your medical or location data.
• Trips you drove for a school or company belong to that organisation's records and stay with it.
• Our audit log of what staff did, which holds no personal details about you.
